Terms of use

Please read these terms. By using Pack you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Pack is software: a terminal that shows Solana token markets, lets you paper trade, and lets you place orders from trading wallets made for your account. Pack is not an exchange, a broker, a bank, an investment adviser or a custodian of any asset other than as described for trading wallets below. Trades happen on public, third-party on-chain venues (such as pump.fun and Raydium); Pack does not run them and has no control over them.

2. Who may use it

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed by the laws that apply to you to use a service like this. You may not use Pack if you are in, or a resident of, a place where its use is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including on taxes.

3. Your account

You may sign in with a wallet, with X, or with a name and a password. Keep your sign-in wallet, your X account and your password safe: anyone who controls them can use your Pack account, including withdrawing from your trading wallets as described in the Docs. Tell us at once at hello@pack.trade if you believe your account is compromised.

4. Trading wallets

A trading wallet is a Solana wallet made for your account so that orders can be signed when you press a button. Its key is kept encrypted by Pack's signing service and used only to sign orders you place (or rules you arm), withdrawals you request and nothing else. You can withdraw everything or export the key at any time. You accept that a trading wallet is a hot wallet: keep in it only what you mean to trade. Funds in a trading wallet are on chain, at its address; Pack does not lend, pool or rehypothecate them.

5. Orders

A press of a buy or sell button, a keyboard trade key, a quick buy, a standing order that reaches its level and an armed rule that fires each send an order without asking again. Orders are sent once and may fail, partly or fully, for reasons outside our control (price movement beyond your slippage, network congestion, venue changes). Network fees paid for a failed transaction are not refunded. Prices shown are indications from public on-chain data and may lag.

6. Fees

Pack charges no platform fee on trades or withdrawals, as shown on Fees. Network costs (base fee, priority fee, send-lane tips) are yours and go to the network. If we ever introduce a fee, it is announced on that page before it applies and never applies to an order already placed.

7. $PACK

$PACK is a token on Solana. Its creator fees are paid to Pack and fund the service. You do not need $PACK to use Pack. Rewards to $PACK holders who trade on Pack are paid at our discretion from creator fees actually collected, according to the rules published on the Rewards page, which we may change; they can be small or zero, and accounts that game them (for example with trades that serve no purpose but volume) may be left out. $PACK carries no ownership, equity, voting, dividend or other rights in Pack or anyone, no promise of value, liquidity or return, and Pack does not promise to buy it back or support its price.

7a. Packs and what you share

With an account you can follow traders, start or join packs and appear on leaderboards. Your trades, and the coins you launch from your sign-in or linked wallet, are shown to others under the name you choose, as your sharing setting says: everyone, your packs only, or no one. You can change it at any time; it applies from then on. Do not pick a name that impersonates someone or is unlawful. What another trader does is not advice, and copying a trade you see is your own decision.

8. No advice

Nothing on Pack — data, labels, rankings, alerts, KOL names, the Discover page — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade anything. You decide every trade and bear its result.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use Pack to break any law, to launder money or finance anything unlawful, to manipulate markets, to attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, to scrape it at scale, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend or close an account that does, without notice; you can still withdraw your funds unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Availability

Pack is provided as is and as available. Parts of it may be slow, wrong or down, including during market events when you most want them. We may change, pause or end any part of the service. Our status page shows its state.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pack and the people behind it are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, failed or delayed orders, venue or network failures, token values, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do. Using Pack after a change means you accept it.
