What we collect
- Account: your sign-in (a wallet address, your X user id and handle, or a name and a password hash), when you accepted the terms.
- Trading: your trading wallets' addresses, the orders you place, standing orders and rules, withdrawals and key exports (the event, never the key), and your settings (panels, watchlist, followed devs, tracked wallets).
- Packs: the name and colour you show others, your sharing setting, who you follow, the packs you are in, your trades as they are shown to others (real ones read from the chain, paper ones as they fill), and the coins you launch from your sign-in or linked wallet (we watch those wallets for launches only).
- Rewards: your real trading volume on Pack each hour and the $PACK your wallets hold (read from the chain), to work out your share; what you earned and were paid. Top earners are listed by the name they show, or as "a $PACK holder" if they share with no one.
- Security: the network address and browser of sign-ins and sessions, and failed sign-in attempts, to protect accounts and limit abuse.
On-chain activity of your wallets is public by nature of the blockchain.
What we do not
We do not ask for your name, email or ID to trade. We do not read your X posts or messages (the X token is revoked right after sign-in). We do not use advertising trackers or sell data.
Why
To run your account and orders, keep the service secure, meet our legal duties, and understand how the service performs in aggregate.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in (HttpOnly, SameSite). Guests' settings stay in the browser's own storage. No third-party cookies.
Sharing
Your trades are shown to other traders under the name you chose, as your sharing setting says: everyone, your packs only, or no one (Pack page, "Who sees my trades"). Leaderboards list only traders who share with everyone. Orders are sent to the Solana network through send relays and RPC providers, which see the transactions (as the whole network does). Our infrastructure providers host the service. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Keeping it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Guests nobody returns to are deleted after 30 days. The money log of trading wallets is kept as long as the law requires.
